The 9th annual Fishtown RiverCity Festival will kick off with a 5k FUN RUN through the Fishtown neighborhood on a semi-closed course, beginning and ending at Penn Treaty Park. As always this fun run will raise funds to support The Fishtown Neighbors Association.
We will once again partner with the Fishtown Beer Runners. FBR is no stranger to running and enjoying a brew post-5k (or longer). Their goal is to combine responsible running and consumption in the interest of science. Fishtown Beer Runners will mark the course to encourage and provide direction for all runners. Look for FBR members to dole out high-fives as you run, too!
All registrants will get a sweet Tech T-shirt! And this year we'll have goodie bags too. Be sure and register early to secure your shirt and goodies!
Race day tech T-shirt pick up will begin at 11:00 A.M. The run will start at 12 noon sharp!
21+ registration includes 2 beverage tickets to enjoy in the RiverCity Hospitality Tent, featuring your favorite Philadelphia Brewing Company & St. Benjamin Brewing beverages!
Online Registration will close at Midnight October 7, 2016. Race day registration, if space is available, will start at 11:00 A.M. on October 8, 2016. Cost of race day registration 21+ (includes 2 beverage tickets), $30, 21 & under and run only, $20
The 5k will be capped at 200 runners.
